What does anyone think about the case this week with the abortion of the baby to the Downs couple. I know I was torn. First I thought one way, then I thought another and in the end I still don't know how I feel about what the mother did. I ended up thinking maybe there is no way of knowing until you would actually be in that position.
And Naomi and Sam again. Really?
What was the decision the mother made? I dozed off and missed it and what happened with the multi-personalties? I woke up and saw Sam & Naa kissing -glad about that.

I thought Nae was out of line; and apparently so did the patients mother since she took her for the abortion without mentioning it to Nae & Sam. Once the patients boy friend knew about the baby; I figured his parents would get involved.
As far as Sam/Nae/Addi- Funny how a few episodes ago Nae & Sam were both saying that Addi bales when the going gets tough; but it turned out to be Sam who "cheated" 1st.
I do hope Sam & Nae get back together. Addi should be with the other guy (Chemo doc). The way I thought it would go would be Addi & Pete; Violet & Cooper; Sam & Nae. Never like Violet & Pete.

I think she did the right thing.

I saw that coming a mile away.

They don't even have a drop of chemistry. There's absolutely no heat between them. A complete dud as a screen couple. I'm so glad I won't be tortured by having to watch them anymore.

I could not believe that no one in that room called her on her despicable manipulation at the end. She's supposedly a professional psychologist, so she should know better than to lay that kind of guilt trip on her co-workers and friends. Sorry, but I'd have been the lone dissenter and told her to take my personal stuff out of her personal therapy process.

I'll be surprised if she doesn't have her tubes tied; or have that new Essure procedure.

Yeah; I thought it was pretty sleazy. She could have written them in without doing it the way she did. I guess it will be continued when the book is actually published & peoples lives suffer because of what she wrote.
I thought it was pretty hypocritical of Naomi to expect the mother of that Down's girl to take on another child to care for when she herself didn't step up to adopt Del's daughter.
Geeze, take care of your Downs daughter AND her baby....no big deal......but Naomi didn't even want to be bothered to give Del's 10 year old daughter a home.
After ALL of them failed Del's daughter, do ANY of them now have the right to question any patient that chooses abortion?
Yes, I'd agree with that! And Naomi in particular, who IMHO wasn't exactly a good mother herself. And yes, all of them turned their backs on Del's child, at a time in her life when she'd just lost two parents. That girl will probably never get over those events. I'd have done the same thing as that girl's mother did, I think.
