I forgot it was on, what else happened, who else got married?
Naomi came back for Addison's wedding and got it on with Sam, even though he was in a committed relationship with his nurse girlfriend. The two doctors didn't use protection and Nay got pregnant. When Sam found out he barged into a business meeting she was holding and behaved like a barbaric jerk, so she married him, of course.
The only ones I'll really miss are Charlotte, Cooper, Mason, Sheldon, and his new girlfriend. Violet, Sam, Addison, and Jake all either bored me to tears or annoyed the hell out of me, so no loss there. And I guess Derek's sister was okay, but ... meh.
It was a good final episode, though. I thought they wrapped up everyone's stories nicely.

Like Jill said, Sam and Naomi got married, as did addison and Jake. (of course!). The adoption of Henry went thru and all 3 of cooper/charlotte's babies were born and were fine. (Coop decided that being a house husband with 3 little poopers didn't fullfill him so they hired a nanny) Violet wrote a book about them all and named it "Private Practice". Naomi rejoined the others. Sheldon quit so he could spend all his time with his dying girlfriend. Amelia found her guy (James, the new ER doc) and presumably they would go forward from there and live happily ever after. That's what I remember, anyway!
I've become a fan of KaDee Strickland (Charlotte) because of this show! Sure hope we'll be seeing her again in other shows!

KaDee will be a guest on The View tomorrow - maybe she'll announce something in the works (crossing fingers)! I'm wondering if she really has that strong southern accent of Charlotte's
