I hope I'm wrong, but I have a feeling the sacrifice will be Barry, the bellhop who is also a telepath. Not that I want any of the regulars killed, but that would seem like a real copout.

They need a supernatural, but I hope they don't sacrifice Sam. Sookie's cousin was introduced last night. I wonder if she's a vamp or just dinner?
Sam won't be killed - he is an integral part of the story.
I'm wondering if it's someone "new" to the show. Isn't that what happened to that so-called holy woman that prayed over Tara's mother? They introduced her long enough to kill her off.
So...new people...maybe Sam's waitress's (Darlene?) kids, maybe that girl who is Sookie's cousin who lives with the Queen, maybe that telepath from Dallas. I still think it's going to be Tara's boyfriend. It has to be someone with special powers (I think the Queen said) and maybe there's something to his not remembering that scene in the woods.
Perhaps it's Lafayette...wasn't he supposed to die at the end of season 1 (if the show followed the books?)?

Oh, I totally forgot about him. That makes a lot of sense--he meets all of the requirements...
I hope that it isn't Sam. However, up until the idea of Barry was introduced, I didn't see any other way out of it.
I wonder if there's another super natural being in Bon Temp whose identity has not yet been revealed. Or, maybe Marianne will be killed without a human sacrifice. Queen Sophie may not have given Bill all the info. Maybe, she'll reveal more to Eric when they meet.
LaFayette apparently is not immune to Maryanne. When he showed up in front of Sookie with the black eyes, my jaw literally dropped. Wow...what an ending. 3DS
