Love her. She is hot! I can see why people don't like or even outright hate her personality though. I think it is silly to hate her because she is not a chef, though. People like Anthony Bourdain need to remember it is called The Food Network not the Arrogant Chef network.
Proof that you don't need any talent whatsoever to succeed: Rachel Ray. I used to like Paula Deen,(at least she can cook) but she's gotten to be annoying as Hell, too.

I used to like her when she had her own show on TFN-it was quiet, low-key, and somewhat enjoyable.
Now that she's become a TV "personality" with her own talk show, she's loud, annoying as hell, and the way she's always mentioning her husband you'd think she was the only married woman on earth.
Like I said in another thread, any time Oprah shines the limelight on somebody (example: Dr. Phil) they go from likeable to downright irritating.
I wouldn't be able to stand being in her company for more than 10 minutes...she talks WAY too much, and I don't like people who ***, ***, *** your ear off.
Whew, thank you. I feel better already. Thought maybe it was just me. Oh, and I forgot to add Ina and the Neeley's to my list.
Haven't watched RR's morning show...figured if I couldn't takethe 1/2 hour cooking, 1 hour of talking would make me bat sh** crazy. While I do like Ina, I have to agree about the Neely's. All that kissy-kissy stuff. Sheesh, get a room not a kitchen. The absolute worst to me is Sandra Lee with her cutsie updated June Cleaver wardrobe that matches her table decorations. Has anyone out there ever actually dressed to match their decor?
