By the way, worked as a "straight as an arrow" hair stylist back in the '70s. Yes, I know...too long ago, but was quite good a portrait drawing and learned to appreciate the handsomeness of a pretty female face. A hair style is supposed to enhance the facial features, unless there is something to hide.
I'm pretty sure it's been renewed, but that was certainly climactic and seems to imply major change.
Spoiler
The ending implied she died, but they did that once before with the explosion in her apartment. Still we did see her "body" this time, but I'm thinking/hoping they don't kill her. Even if she lives there's one big change with their boss/sergeant or whatever.
I got a phone call a few minutes into the show and missed all of it! I could see what was going on on screen but couldn't listen or follow. I can't wait to catch it today on my VOD. I do know that the boss won't be back and I saw what looked like Beckett dying. That can't be right! They have to bring her back. The vest will have saved her life.
What a thriller of a last episode ! But the ending was so very sad for Becket succumbing to a Hit Man right at the end of the show and Castle finally telling her how much he loves her as she lay there taking her last few breathes. The smile on her face as she slipped into eternity said it all . Hats off to the Producers of the Show for involving so much suspense, action, and sad feelings for the Viewer .
Is Castle coming back next season ??? I kind of got hooked on it over the last few weeks .
You called it the last episode and then asked if it is coming back next season? Do you mean that it was the season finale? I believe this was renewed by ABC.
