I hope I wrong, but I got this feeling Reid couldn't get the vote, so he's holding the vote now, which won't pass, so they all can go on vacation after Byrd's service tomorrow.

I really hope I'm wrong.

The big question is Liebermen, He voted yes already and they haven't mentioned his name on weather he was a part of the 59 or not. They keep saying there are 58 Democrats so if they get the 2 Republican votes you would think we now have 60.

But he's an Independent, that's the part that throws me off. He's not a Democrat anymore. Unless that's a distinction without a difference for some reason.

That's why you would think he would be vote 60. I guess we will find out soon enough if they lump him in with the Democrats.
