I received the decision and the ALJ ruled in MY FAVOR!!! The employer failed to prove his case. It goes on to state that I was"discharged for reasons other than misconduct" and that "In the absence of any warnings, it cannot be concluded that the claimant's breach of duty was willful or wanton."
Chyvan, I have read a lot of your responses on this site, to people like me who are genuinely scared on top of being broke and unemployed. You are amazing!
