I received the decision and the ALJ ruled in MY FAVOR!!! The employer failed to prove his case. It goes on to state that I was"discharged for reasons other than misconduct" and that "In the absence of any warnings, it cannot be concluded that the claimant's breach of duty was willful or wanton."

Chyvan, I have read a lot of your responses on this site, to people like me who are genuinely scared on top of being broke and unemployed. You are amazing! You make the little people feel like they can win against these horrid employers. Thank you for responding to every post of mines and my behind the scene email. THANK YOU! Score for one of the little people!

Told you that statistically the odds were in your favor, and I hopefully caused you to worry less until you got the decision. I'm happy for you.
