We’re you able to get full confirmation on this? I’m wondering about the administration of this. All of the states are totally overwhelmed right now.

I hope so. I filed my last week last Sunday. I had a job ready to go 3 weeks ago but that did not happen because of all the shutdowns.

My husbands regular benefits ran out at the end of January. How do we go about getting the 13 weeks extension? He is unable to secure employment right now due to the Corona virus.

You sit and wait for your state to find a way to administer this.

Do we call the unemployment office or try to reapply. Just wonder how we get the extensions. We would have to start certifying again to receive it.

If I remember correctly from the last time I got an extension 2010. They would send you something in the mail to confirm it and to give you instructions. It’s probably going to be a mass mailing to those eligible. If you’re in nj you can always log into your account to check.
