I was collecting PUA and still have a balance on my claim but I received a notification saying "Your claim has expired and benefits are no longer payable on this claim for weeks ending after 12/31/2020. If you are still unemployed or partially unemployed then you must file a new claim. Start filing a new claim now."
I know PUA was extended and I'm not sure is this an automated system message and then the extension will follow without me having to file again or that I do need to file again... which I don't want to do if the first scenario proves correct.
Also one more question: I started this claim as PUA back in February 2020 and then i was automatically transitioned into PEUC for 13 weeks which were exhausted in June 2020 but then FED-ED was triggered, but I didn't get any thing after till months later I was transitioned back to PUA benefits. And now with PEUC extended, the question is, should my PUEC been extended with FED-ED back in June? and if not, would I be eligible for the new extension of the new law?
