I exhausted on 4/14 as well!!! I might need to go to the office. But they did a dry run on my account yesterday. Why would they do that if I was not accepted. The lady also told me that I was accepted this week.

gak if you exhausted on 4/14 that means you are still within your BYE and you should get SEB based on HB581

Thats what it still says:

Third Extension Available: State Extended Benefits (SEB) SEB provides up to 20 weeks of additional benefits to individuals who have exhausted all regular unemployment insurance (UI) and 1st and 2nd-Tiers EUC on or after February 15, 2009. Individuals who exhaust 2nd-Tier EUC benefits must apply by completing an online SEB application.

Listen guys-if your app says being processed that means that probably tonight after 12 your claims will be marked paid. If you can make it thru today and tonight-at the stoke of 12 log on the DOL site and do an enquery. ..or call the dol. I have a feeling the later is not a great ideal because they will be swamped. I think and please, this is my opinion only-if the app says in red at the top being processed-you will come in marked as paid on the second sweep.
