the truth is despite the many differences in religion, all these "gods" is really the same god/spirit. People call God different names and have different ideas about who God is and his purpose on earth. Some religions have multiple gods which in many ways is no different from the holy trinity in Christianity. They are separate entities yet they are the same. The gods in some religions would actually be identified as angels in Christianity.
