Of all the BS the scientific community has been spewing in the past, the world being round is one of those I believe it. For those who don't; fly at 45K feet and see the curvature of the earth! (Of course you will need a way to get into a military aircraft to do so in this day-and-age.)

You don't even need an airplane. Go out on the High Plains of west Texas or Eastern New Mexico, find an open spot, and stand on the hood of your car. You can see the curve of the Earth.

I thought the flat earthers were just kidding, but when I realized at least some of them appear to really believe stuff like this (for fundamentalist religious reasons), it occurred to me: when they go into the polling booth, their votes count just the same as mine.

I was also hoping not to see Roseanne's derriere mentioned in a post today, but ... hey, that's just me.
