The ignorance huh?? As far as the OP is concerned it's all the same. Processing of any Visa will be done through London - why would that be? It's because Brits think there are seperate countries within the UK but thsts just an internal reference.
To the OP - the four principalities (England, Wales, Scotland and N.Ireland) are much like states in the US with even less autonomy. Just think of it like that because globally Each individual principality is irrelevant.
