You have to apply for a specific entrepeneur's visa which involves a commitment to invest a significant amount of money - if you are such a computer whizz, I'm sure you are capable of Googling and finding the correct information.

Today's lead story in the News is that net immigration was 333,000 in 2015. We are already struggling under the huge amount of immigration from the EU, over which we have no control. It has been made much, much more difficult to migrate to the UK for non-EU citizens with very good reason.

We are full up.

(btw, it is incredibly expensive to live in or around London and you would need to earn way, way more than the UK average salary to have anything like a decent lifestyle).

Thank u for the useful informations. I visit the site https://www.gov.uk/
and read the rules there.

UK seem a good opportunity for me to live and work. It seem the only disadvantage is my nationality.

I know the living standards there. I have some friends who live and work in UK. I just asked here what my friends couldn't reply.

I will ask to Embassy about what can be done working or having branch there.

Thank u all for your answers guys.

If you want to live in UK as a professional worker, you need Tier 5 (Temporary Worker) Visa. There is no English language requirement for any of these visa types. There are so many areas around North Canada where you can survive easily. Some of them are-
Camden (North-West)
Walthamstow (North East)
Stoke Newington (North East)
St. John’s Wood
Primrose Hill
Belsize Park
Islington.

Flat share rental per month-
£300 -£400 (single), £430 - £550 (double).
