Stay in England for close to a year. Got in the habit of making a mug of "builder's tea" each morning before I headed out. Basically microwave a big mug of water to boiling then drop a couple of tea bags in and steep it strong. I wasn't picky about which kind - PG Tips, Liptons, whatever. Then add a couple heaping spoons of sugar and milk. I drink it to this day instead of coffee.
I can't bring myself to drink tea instead of coffee in the morning, but wow, I love me a cuppa Earl Gray (Grey?) in the late afternoon! Mug, one teabag, three sugar cubes, a splash of milk.

Pretty much the same, but I've stopped using sugar. I think I'll start using just a bit again. It's probably like putting just a small bit of salt in baked goods - it enhances the flavor.
