A sex offender who abducted and raped his care worker is demanding to be known as a woman named Claire as he prepares for freedom.
Officers at HMP Edinburgh were stunned when Albert Caballero, 50, bald and reputed to have “a crazed look in his eyes”, demanded lipstick and eye make-up and gave himself the new name. Having served half his sentence, Caballero is eligible to apply to the Parole Board for Scotland to be released back into the community.
Insiders at Edinburgh’s Saughton Prison say Caballero only recently changed his name to Claire and is telling fellow cons he will be transferred to a women’s prison before release. Caballero’s case comes amid a row over new “self-ID” gender recognition laws, passed by the SNP/Green Government and blocked by the UK government, which make it easier for trans people to change their legal sex.

Most people are not in favour of this nonsense, and Sturgeon's SNP are just trying to divert attention from the mauling they are predicted to get in the next election, with Labour predicted to do well in Scotland.

She STURGEON would do anything for votes..she panders to the gypsy community in Govanhill which is her contituency.. not giving a damn about the crime and people trafficking going on in her area... as you can imagine she doest live there.... cant stand the woman.. she doesnt give a monkeys about Scotland its all for her ...the glory...the idiot spent a fortune on putting up gaelic road signs all over Scotland pandering again for votes... and ignoring the more serious issues of child abuse at a local football club.. that all goes under the radar..

Sturgeon is an idiot! She is only where she is by playing on the Scottish bigotry that many Scots have towards the English! The SNP is doing a god-awful job but as long as they unite behind their hatred of their southern neighbours the Scots will still vote them in! Even if it means poverty, rat infested streets and allowing male rapists into female prisons!

The divide is sad, I think most English people have Scottish blood, and probably visa versa. My granny was a Scot, from the highlands, well Nairn on the coast to be precise, I've stayed with family I have in Hamilton but the reality is I must have relatives all over the place up there, I also knew that I have Welsh ancestry and was not particularly surprised to find out (done one of those DNA test things) that I have Irish DNA too. And yet people like Sturgeon seem to think we are different 'peoples' - lets tell it as it is, its pure xenophobia.
