Healthy Choice has a new line of frozen entrees called All Natural. It offers several vegetarian options and at least one vegan option.

Whole foods are best, but these make an easy, quick option for those on the go go....

I really love Lightlife products. I have been hankerin' for a sub sandwich so I got some good sub rolls, italian dressing, and Sun of Italy Hot Chopped Peppers. Then fresh green leaf lettuce, sliced onion and ripe tomato. Added LightLife Deli Slices and some fragrant provolone cheese.

Spread the roll with the dressing and a schmear of the hot peppers. Lay the lettuce, deli slices and cheese, then top with onions and tomato, a little s&p. I've got to get some mayo product to add next time. And try some sweet peppers in place of the hot. But, Oh boy, that was a good sandwich!

I love anything Amy's. I think the food is so good and the quality is wonderful. I haven't eaten too many Morningstar products because I find they are quite greasy. I am sure it depends of course what you get.

Alvarado Street Bakery - a global supplier of Certified Organic Whole Grain Breads and Bagels, made with Sprouted Wheat."

Check these breads out! I buy a loaf at the store sometimes, but the products are quite expensive, so I dont buy as often as I would like.

I really like Morningstar Farms Griller Crumbles. It is great in Sloppy Joes, spaghetti, or any casserole. When served to carnivores, they always ask if we stopped being vegetarian!
