Any body know what would be a good place to have a summer cottage in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Went over the border when vacationing in N.H. and visited the city of St Johnsbury, any suggestions about this area, and is there any attraction to that area that I maybe able to rent it out when I'm not there, ie. skiing etc...

Definitely look closer to lakes and there are more of those and the price gets cheaper the further north you go.
