Yes, Cape Air. If you fly Jet Blue, you fly right into their terminal. It's quick and convenient. Factor in your time, gas and parking at the bigger airports and it's not that much more money.
I would do it again in a heart beat, but the Cape Air flight scared the hell out of my wife. As I said, the planes are small, noisy, and can move around in the air a lot. Even I, who loves adventure, grabbed the seat pretty hard when the plane dropped suddenly just after takeoff.
You should try it once just for the experience. You may love the ride and the convenience. A lot of people use it often.

Two things I never get on are helicopters and small planes.

Only once did I get on a small plane from Hyannis to Nantucket and I thought we would die!!
We only saw the runway about 10 feet before touchdown and my wife and I were terrified!

The pilot and co-pilot kept looking at each other with a very nervous look on their faces.Never again.
