There are two cabins, actually - this one is right off the river...they are now owned by Stowe Land Trust and are on the Mill Trail:
Mill Trail Property - Stowe Land Trust

They have been restoring the trail and the cabins for some time now.

Very cool. Will they open the cabins up eventually for use or maybe just for looking?

This is at the Mad River Barn from yesterday:

I believe they have a long term plan to open them up for use once they are fully restored but haven't decided to what capacity...

We'll have to take your word for it, Dave. I think you need a few more posts under your belt before you can post pics. You might be able to provide links to them though.

Thank you so much for posting those pics. It gives a native New Englander living in Florida hell hope of a better day when my family and I can go home again. I would give my left you know what to be sitting in that cabin getting warm by the fire!

[quote=vter;2247000]In photobucket, under each thumbnail picture of yours, you'll see IMG Code. Just copy and paste that code into here and it should work!

It must have something to do with the way I posted the photos. I was trying to post them full-size without the thumbnails at the bottom. I did everything I was told to do, in the "manage attachments" box, I copied the photo address for each one, pasted it into the box, and there were definitely [IMG] at both ends of the address. Don't know what else it could be. Funny thing, when I previewed them before posting, everything looked ok. I will try again.
