I am desperate for help..my granddaughter has been molested for two and one half years...I am heartsick about the lack of investigation in this matter. Has anyone had any experience with this horrible problem or is there attorneys that could help this process. I do not live in Vermont so I am trying to get answers living in another state ? Is there a representative I could contact? Thank you for your assistance.

This is not a matter to be requesting advice from on a public forum. You will have to contact local and/or state law enforcement in your jurisdiction and perhaps even the District Attorney's office. There are also numerous advocacy groups who can answer your questions and if circumstances merit, work on your behalf. From my experience in LE, Vermont would be the last state I would want to seek guidance on dealing with such abuse cases.
