I really like the Lake Bomoseen area, really really great memories of camping there. Nothing like livin' in the woods for a while.

Ah, Lake Bomoseen, I have terrific memories of being there at 5 AM for rowing practices when I was in college. There's nothing like breaking through the ice there in early March. LOL

All kidding aside...I love the area. I went to school at Middlebury, and it was one of the best decisions of my life.

If I were to move back east, I definitely would love to spend more time in Vermont.

I love Danville. I've also had the good fortune to harvest two moose in Danville. I have good friends in Danville and I've been going to Danville for years.

My favorite part of Vermont is Wardsboro which is the best neat little town that I had the privilege to grow up in until 9 when our family moved away.

I now am in MA but grew up on a small farm in Southern Vermont, but do not really any of the towns in that part of the state. (Sorry!) Chester is OK though.

I do love Hapgood Pond (childhood memories), driving around on any old roads in the state, and am considering a move to the NEK. My favorite memories involve growing and raising our own food, sugaring, walking out into a field at night, cold air stinging my lungs, the stars twinking above and the fresh snap of snow beneath my feet.

Default Favorite part of Vermont

My favorite part of Vermont is Wardsboro and the entire town. The people there are wonderful and the town is Beautiful with the trees surrrounding downtown. I love the Twin Home that I grew up in as a little girl.

Don't ever change Wardsboro.

I like the towns that are not on a major state road or the near the interstates like Brookfield, Chelsea, Saxons River, Montgomery Center, Craftsbury Common or Waterville. Must have a good general store with deli which most of them have. Need high speed internet which most of them presently do not have. Shopping 30 min away would be great.
