Not sure you need to lecture Vermonters about sustainability. But be that as it may, VT doesn't sound like your kind of place, so you can get back to paving over your yard for a sustainable parking lot.

Being profligate with tax money in a state that has very little tax base is not sustainable. VT is out of money and out of tax revenue streams.
