The 11th World Cyber Games will be held in South Korea in May 2011. Around 800 players from 70 countries and a crowd of around 10,000 people are expected to gather in South Korea for the event.

5 titles, including "Starcraft 2", "World of Warcraft: Cataclysm", and "Special Force", are newly added to the 4 original titles "Warcraft 3", "Counter-strike", "Tekken 6" "FIFA 11" this year, adding to the excitement.

South Korea held its last World Cyber Games back in 2003. As an IT powerhouse, South Korea competed in the Word Cyber Games every year and is renowned for remarkable results.

Korean players have competed against international participants in titles such as "Starcraft" and "Quake Wars", and have never missed the 1st place in "Starcraft" games.

This year's titles were carefully chosen so that players all over the world can enjoy the games. "World of Warcraft" was especially picked so that many fans all over the world can enjoy MMORPG(Massive Multi-user Online Role Playing Game) games. Also, this year's games will serve as a test bed where Korean domestic games can be tried out by international players.

We hope that many around the world will come to enjoy the World Cyber Games 2011.
