Well no but apparently Best Buy just got some back in yesterday. Xbox One Pre-Orders Back in Stock at Best Buy - IGN

Actually Best Buy opened up Preorders again last week. I don't know for how long but I think last Monday or Weds they opened up preorders for the Xbox one again
