Just google: "reckless driving statute in va", and start reading. VA has to be the worst state in the country for ticketing speeders, not that I condone speeding, but why so many speed traps ? I-85 has a county sheriff sitting at almost every cut through, just waiting for the careless motorist....it must be a major source of county revenue.

You have a much less chance of doing this yourself and walking out with a reduction. Fairfax Co is not known for showing forgiveness. Get an attorney and let them do the work for you.

I have read from many thread on this site and I talked with my sibling. He also hire attorney once and he could get away from Reckless driver, but not speeding ticket. However, He said he could has done all of these by himself without attorney. He suggests me not to get attorney because it can cause more money. I have clean record and I'm taking improving driving class right now. Do you think this will be enough evidence for convincing?

Bigfoot gave you clear and concise advice. Hire a lawyer if you want the charges reduced.

Sounds like fun conversation at the family dinner table. Multiple reckless driving tickets. Maybe gift cards for attorneys are solid choices for birthday presents.

Anything over 80 is "reckless"...keep that in mind!

Usually, if you have a clean record, they'll let you pay to take a class, and it will take points off your record. Takes a weekend or two, and costs you, but still....

Drive slower!
