Don't know where you live, but lately I've tried several of the places where you can go in and prep your meals beforehand, take them home and freeze them and then all you have to do is thaw and cook or straight from the freezer to the oven.....I live in Centreville and have tried Dinner Done and Dinner My Way and like them both, there's also another one Let's Dish which I haven't tried. They have the menus online, and it's actually VERY cost effective. My boys are 9, 11, 12 and I'm always running around, which makes getting a healthy dinner on the table difficult......works for me!!!

Yeah, I have heard of that...we've been meaning to try it because so many people have told us how great it is.

I realize it's been quite a while since this thread was posted, but if you still have any websites of grocery delivery services that you recommend in the northern virginia area, could you please let me know? Thanks!

Maybe you should all shop as a family. Your children can learn what is healthy and what is not. It was the best part of growing up when we were kids and my parents had 7! We learned the value of meat and staples. We surely didn't eat from boxed foods either!
