Wow, what a coincidence that you, Pulsar, and Supercool all had the same attorney! And all three of you joined City-Data and posted with the same message.
You must think people are stupid if you don't think they realize you are obviously advertising under different screen names.

there is no reckless driving charge that is clear cut here, im a cop and if its general reckless then its the burden on the trooper/commonwealth to prove that by driving on the "shoulder" or whatever was deemed as your offense "was directly endangering life limb or property. the fact that you obviously passed your sobriety test and blew below a .08,- in court shows that you were not intoxicated or too inebriated to drive. beware though the .067 is a bit high for a wine "tasting" were you at a true "tasting" or were you ingesting wine? 20 minutes after taking a drink alcohol residues are usually absent from the mouth unless you burped or something, for it to be that number you had to be "drinking earlier" or had inadvertently swallowed what was supposed to be spit out. if the former was true the trooper could have waited you out to see if the pbt gave a higher reading after a few minutes as you could have been on the upswing. otherwise though no obvious reckless there
