Working in Washington DC zip 20001
We are looking in Maryland and northan VA, many thanks fir your advice!!!


Max we want to spend on rent 1800 a month!

Max we would like to commute to DC 30 - 45 minutes??( if this is not relistic for price and house what travel time is recommended.)


We have a child less than one years old so need good safe child care

-What type of neighborhood environment you are looking for: small town feeling, family oriantated!!
-Community amenities important to you -- YES!!!
Looking for areas that are safe and low in crime, good local social activities!!!

ANY help will be appreciated!!

In Calvert you could look at Dunkirk, Owings, North Beach and Chesapeake Beach. All relatively small communities. Beach towns have a nice view you might be able to get. Buses to DC in the morning and back at night, and usually about 45 minute drive to DC (less from Dunkirk/Owings).

yes you should try calvert county its a very nice area and you can take the buses to dc from chesapeake beach or north beach or dunkirk and other places has well and is safe
