I'm planning on high end Indian Designer wear Trunk Shows, exhibits would see high fashion labels and accessories for sale, from the likes of Sabyasachi, Rohit Bal, Anita Dongre et.al over weekend,Nov, 2014. Would like to know, which would be the right city and venue in Washington DC, to organize such an event.

The most affluent county is Montgomery, and it probably has the highest percentage of affluent Indian families.

That may be a better idea. There are plenty of hotels with exhibit space and easy access to the Beltway. There are many Indians in Fairfax County.
