With the new Rhode Island Avenue project underway and the development of condominiums at RI & 4th Street, how do you think the area will change? Do you think it will make an immediate impact or still remain a "sketchy" area?

Well I believe the apartment complex around Saratoga ave will always be "sketchy". Also the high rises in Edgewood behind the strip mall will always have more crime then other parts of the R.I. ave as well. But as far as the immediate area around the station goes, it should be safe. But it won't be no Logan circle though.
