Does anyone have any thoughts about the 20020 zip code? (SE/Anacostia) (for sale, homes)

Does anyone live in this part of SE and can they describe their experiences living in this area? I am interested in the area because I see a lot of homes for sale in the zip code that are under 100K, and I also heard recently on NPR that the area around the Frederick Douglass is revitalizing.
