When I was down by Capitol Hill and noticed a massive 4 or 5 story hole by a group of apartment buildings and i also noticed on 13 and U NW the Rite-Aid has been moved out of that building and demolition is about to start, so does anyone know whats about to be built at both locations? I dont know the location of the first place but the hole is very big.

Probably apartments. There are similar holes like that all around the city. They are usually offices or class A apartments. Still pretty high demand for both in the city.
