Hi, I'm looking for a apartment in the Maryland area for low income single person. one bedroom or efficiency. close to metro or bus stop. Starting over, and establishing credit. Second chance credit unit is fine. Anyone know of such a place?

Don't move to the DC area. This is probably the best advice you will get. Consider a lower COL city.

Check out socialserve.com. On the advanced tab, there's a no credit & no criminal check option. Good luck.
