That a kid was "browbeaten" into confessing to something she may not have done?

Sure, that's a great example of a functioning, healthy judicial system.

"Good" is such a disturbed reply on so many levels.

It's amazing how you can judge that from several words in a news account that may or may not be accurate.

I sure hope I never have you two jackaloons on any jury.

If she was the one littering, then it's great that she got fined. That's the reason that WA is cleaner than most states.

"
Crace said she believes her daughter, who told her they left four stickers at the woman’s home on Aug. 18: one at her door, one under an ashtray on an outside table, and one in each of the cars in the driveway which had the windows rolled down.
She said the neighbor confirmed that when she talked to her the next day."

seems a bit over the top to fine the girl for leaving 4 stickers. although thats also 3 too many stickers. sounds like a cranky old lady with nothing better to do

pshhh. when i visited austin and dallas i was surprised by how clean they were, a hell of a lot better than tacoma and seattle. you must be joking with this statement. washington has some incredibly nasty looking cities, a lot to with the constant rain most of the year.

People in Washington are very judgemental as you see in this post. Giving a child a ticket is stupid.
