Try Camas as well, don't worry about the mill smell, unless you live west of Camas or on the hill about the same height as the smoke stack
. The mill will be going away if Real Estate ever booms again, Investors would kill for that Mill Site. 10 min to PDX and lots of water front options. I like the fact it has been a biomass generation site for many decades... yep, nothing's new (I had electric cars and charging stations at my work in the 1970s (and we had them at our Palo Alto office too...)
You really will find it tough to beat Camas if you want cheap fares and a quick flight to the sunshine of CA (you WILL miss the sun). A $39 flight to SMF and a $10 priceline car will do wonders for you in Feb.

. The mill will be going away if Real Estate ever booms again, Investors would kill for that Mill Site. 10 min to PDX and lots of water front options. I like the fact it has been a biomass generation site for many decades... yep, nothing's new (I had electric cars and charging stations at my work in the 1970s (and we had them at our Palo Alto office too...)
