All the other posts responding to your inquiry are spot on. "Sunland" is a community built around a golf course and is primarily a retirement community but there are still quite a few professionals choosing to live there. It is situated north of town with easy access to everything Sequim has access to. It tends to be a little more spendy than other parts of Sequim.
