Too much precipitation. Winter highs could be lower. Summer lows could also be lower. D-.

D...D+ to be exact. I like the sunshine and low humidity, but the summers and winters are too warm.

Drop the temps in September through January by 12 degrees F, drop February by 5 degrees F, leave March and April, and drop May through August by 5 degrees F. Then it would be near perfect for me.
