I think that climate is too cool/cold. It needs to be ~20 F warmer the entire year.

It's decently constructed, at least. Few wild and unbelievable temps, and the main unbelievable temps are the record lows. The higher winter diurnal ranges suggest a dry winter, and summer must be quite wet for the average low and high to only be 4°F apart.

I'll rate it a C. If the precipitation patterns were reversed (which should cause summer highs to be at least 10-15°F warmer and winter lows to be much higher) this would be a B. Winters would still be too cold for me to give it an A.
