Summer

London

Original : earliest sunrise 04:43, latest sunset 21:22
Inverse : 02:38 earliest sunrise / 19:17 latest sunset

Paris

Original : earliest sunrise 05:47, latest sunset 21:58
Inverse : earliest sunrise 02:02, latest sunset ,18:13

NYC

Original : earliest sunrise : 05:24, latest sunset : 20:31
Inverse : earliest sunrise 03:29, latest sunset 18:36

Shows how western biased the timezones are! Especially with DST
That would just be silly though, I think Paris and London are in the right timezone at the moment during summer, if anything I'd have London an extra hour ahead to give 05:43 and 22:22

NYC and London aren't western biased without daylight savings, though more land is to the west of the timezone. The point of daylight savings time is so the midpoint isn't at noontime but later.

I just demonstrated how far off DST in large cities from solar time/sundial, by posting the "opposite extreme"

The inverse would be 01:38/18:17 which is too early even for me!
Shows that even the earliness of my dream sunrise/set times can't even match the lateness of some "late solar time lover" dream sunrise/set times ! And my "inverse" setpoint is 12:00 solar noon, which is very late for Java Island standards!
Btw my dream sunrise/set time preference is dhdh's "inverse"

Sunrise 8:54
Sunset 16:36

Length of day 7h 42m

Now we are on the fast track. The day tomorrow is 5 minutes longer than today.

At this time of the year the latitude difference is quite striking on daylength. Castly is less than 500 km south from me, but enjoys 45 minutes of more daylight.

a 2 am sunrise would absolutely make no sense on an every day life level though. Also 18:13 as the latest sunset would mean a lot of sleeping time in the daylight and a lot of waking time in the dark
