...Weatherwise obviously, I recently red that capital cities where moved to more temperate locations, don't know if thats true or not.

But where would you change your capital city to suit your climatic needs?

Canada has no decent climates so doesn't really matter. I guess Victoria, BC.

I love DC, but if the capital had remained Philadelphia, that would be one hell of an amazing city. DC can be a bit humid and swampy.

Change it to Carpathian mountains of the 1000m height and we'll have Dfc/Dfb Borderline climate with
nice snowfall and precipitation and 5- 6c cooler every season.Perfect!!
