I actually have to agree with you on this one: 8.2C at 6.35pm here after a day of damp, drizzly, dreary November-like complete non-weather. Temp has not been above 8.9 (which was our average high this January!!) or below 7.9 all day - our high was actually just before 3am, quite normal for near the winter solstice but very unusual for this time of year.
