Interesting. Much colder here at 9:30PM: 29 F/-2 C after a high of 48 F/9 C and a low of 21 F/-6 C.
I think the lake helps to keep lows warmer in my area (especially this time of year).
Similar situation with my area and nei's location, Amherst,MA usually has cooler lows and higher highs,
but average annual temperature for both is almost the same, about 9c (48F).
A really mild 10.3C / 50.5F at 6:57am. Not at all pleased.
