Temperatures continue to come in at least +10° above normal for the highs and the lows.
The below normal temperatures in the middle of the month will be obliterated by the ABOVE
NORMAL and MUCH ABOVE NORMAL temperatures that have occurred and will occur during
Thanksgiving week. The "abnormal" warmth is becoming normal as cold spells are shorter and
less durable than the periods of above normal temperature.
High of 37/3c today, this is the coldest day of the season, frost did not melt until 1pm in the shade. There is a band of rain heading North, we may just about get some frontal edge snow briefly, but I am hesitant about that as I believe the warm uppers are ahead of the rain.
4C and cloudless skies at 5.30pm. Today was crisp and sunny, but mostly this week we've had the mildish, damp and gloomy typical November stuff. It's possible we might get into December still frost-free.
It's currently 4.7°C (40.5°F). Nice and warm after a week or two of fairly cold temperatures. Tomorrow and Tuesday are supposed to be above freezing as well, and then it goes back down to more normal levels for the rest of the week.
