0-35, although I can go much higher than that if there is oceanic moderation (British Isles, American Pacific NW, etc.)

My optimal latitude range is 55-65°.
No hot weather, no sunburns, low sun angle

0 (at a moderate altitude, say like Medellin - I know it's not right on the equator but close) to about 25 degrees on warm ocean influenced coasts and islands e.g. Hawaii.

Not only don't I like the cold, but I despise rapid seasonal changes in day length and especially short days where even mid day feels like dusk at high latitudes.
