Excellent for Queensland standards. Summer lows are refreshingly low, which would make it up for its warm days. Doesn't get as cold as Canberra in the winter (especially the nights). Also, for a highland climate it isn't overly wet, which is amazing. It gets 115.2 clear days. I'm guessing it's sunshine hours are around 2,700-800?
The downside is that it may gets outbursts of summer torrential rain that go for days (QLD is prone to this, due to its proximity to the tropics).
EDIT: Oh, I do like how this climate has relatively warm & sunny winters and yet it gets snow every now and then. Oberon, Orange, Lithgow and other "snowy" Australian cities have rather cool, gloomy winters (highs below 11C, usually cloudy).
It's not bad at all, very surprising seeing as Queensland can be a bit scary at times. I do prefer other Subtropical highlands to this with that being said like Johannesburg or Sucre, Bolivia. I really like the cool evenings following those warm to hot days and the winters look decent. Kind of a more extreme subtropical highland but that's not bad.
B. Too cold in winter but not bad in summer. Not enough precipitation overall.
