90-95 degrees with high dew points and a sea breeze, with 80-90 degree water.
similar to mine. Perfect air temp is 30-32c(86-90f) sea surface temps of 28-30(82-86f) water temps above 86f get uncomfortable. I once was at the beach in the gulf and the wATER WAS 34C HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!.
Beach weather is not below 27C, more preferably 30C+. SST not below 25C, more preferably 27-30C. Of course RH and dew points need to be high so that you don't feel so cold coming out of the water.
For me, I find it comfortable when SSTs are above 25C. But here in Melbourne, the ocean beaches are 18-20C at the very warmest and the bay rarely exceeds 24C.
Best beaches I've been to for swimming were Honolulu's Waikiki (in winter) and Florida's Atlantic Coast (in September). Florida's Gulf Coast beaches (in September) were a bit too warm for me....not as effective in cooling off.
I've been to San Diego, Oceanside, and Los Angeles beaches in August and the water was good for short swims but too cold to stay for a long time. The beaches in Northern California are just good for dipping your toes in and that is on the days when the fog lifts in the afternoons. Swimming at any beaches within driving distance of me, is out of question unless I'm just jumping in on a dare and then swimming right back out into warm clothes.
per me va benissimo 28°C, sotto i 25°C sento proprio freddo
