Not even close. Utsjoki Kevo in Finland 30 minutes north of Norilsk has recorded 32.9C, and a location in Norway at 70N has recorded a 90F day.
These storms woke me up around 1 AM this morning. Power went out for a few seconds, then came right back on. Just reinforces my hatred of thunderstorms.

I was up for like two hours from the lightning and thunder. My back deck gauge recorded 3" of rain.
African wave takes 10 days to hit Florida. (its weak the entire time) But anyone can see why models are so much in agreement on the path next 5 days at least. High pressure in Atlantic blocking everything from going north!
About 3 inches of rain in the last 24 hours. Was asleep through most of it.
