The winters here are excellent, with cold temperatures, abundant snowfall, and only a small chance of any thawing. The summers, on the other hand, are too warm at night and too humid. The record highs are suitable but the record lows are too high. The amount of sunshine suits me just fine. Since the too-warm summer is the only disadvantage, I give this climate a B.

Nice to see something else from you than "I rate it an F"
Have you ever given a A here aside from your own climate by the way?

I've given A's to Cartright and Nain (both in Labrador), as well as McKinley Park, Alaska (plus a few other Alaskan climates if I remember correctly), and the Yellowstone Plateau. I also give A's to certain Scandinavian climates, but to my knowledge a place like Kiruna hasn't been rated on this forum yet. My system of ratings is harsh and uncompromising, because I'm better off differentiating the ratty and subpar climates from the truly deserving. It also reflects my own preference. The reason you see so many F's from me is because the F-grade climates greatly outnumber the A-grade climates. Of course there are many grades in between that I more typically hand out, but I probably hold the record here for the percentage of F ratings.
