Here's one for the heat lovers:

Kanaka has a very hot tropical monsoon climate (Am). Latitude is probably somewhere around 15-20N. Average humidity is 60%, which is really high for these temperatures.

My grade is a F. I like the precipitation pattern and that is it...

Year record high is 118F not 109F.

Low temperatures in December and January offer some relief. It's more of a joke though since those months are still very hot.

D+. Too much rain and heat for me! I err on the side of the heat lovers, but this is too intense.

Very hot and humid year-round with no relief. That earns a straight-up F from me. It's not quite hot enough at night and it has too much variation to earn a F minus grade, but it's not as if an F neutral is much better.

1000mm rain with a record low of 22C! Must have 40C ssts in the area. Give it a C+.... too hot, would like a cooler season to make me appreciate the summer even more and for variety.

Even though I like the heat, the humidity and 100+ temps are not a good mix, WAY TOO MUCH rain too

Deneb? ColdCanadian? CairoCanadian? Asagi?

Surely Deneb and ColdCanadian give this an A+.

F-... not to mention, although I love rain, rain and 90-something degrees would be hell with the humidity.

Is it even possible to get 40 inches AND an average high much above 30°C?

I'm sure ColdCanadian among us all will give it the highest rating; but from what I know CairoCanadian and Asagi are more about mild warmth than heat.

As for myself (I am a little sad to not be included in your "obvious hotties" list ) I would give it a C. I can't give a lower grade than that to a warm climate (well, don't bring up Dallol or Mecca) because it's still way better than, say, London; but it's still over the top for my tastes - about 6 to 9 degrees °C too warm.

September must be really incredible to experience though!
